    Pen Argyl Borough Administrative Office at 11 North Robinson Ave, PO Box 128, Pen Argyl, PA 18072. Office hours Monday through Thursday 9:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. and Friday 9:00 A.M. to Noon; closed Saturdays and Sundays. After-hours applications or payments may be left in the drop box next to the entrance on the Bell Avenue side of the building.

Ordinance No. 734, effective January 1, 2025, set quarterly sewer rental fees at $123.00/quarter for 10,000 gallons or less (minimum charge).
