  • Borough Administration Administration

    Jersey Shore Borough Office at 232 Smith Street, Jersey Shore, PA 17740, open 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. The Borough Manager is the chief administrative officer of the Borough, is responsible to the Council, supervises all municipal departments except the police department, and prepares and submits the annual budget. Staff listed include the Borough Manager, Bookkeeper and Administration Assistant.

  • Zoning, Codes & Planning Planning

    The Zoning and Codes Enforcement Officer is responsible for the review and issuance of all zoning permits, inspecting work done under a zoning permit, and enforcing certain Borough Ordinances and Codes as required by the International Property Maintenance Code (IPMC). Permits are required for all work in the Borough except painting, wall coverings and floor coverings. Appointments are made by calling the Borough Office at 570-398-0104.
