Departments

• Lancaster County Board of Commissioners Legislative

  Three-member governing body of Lancaster County, PA. Commissioners are elected countywide every four years; each voter may vote for only two candidates, ensuring minority party representation.
• Lancaster County Clerk of Courts Clerk

  Maintains criminal court records and provides administrative support for the Lancaster County Court of Common Pleas.
• Lancaster County Controller's Office

  Independent fiscal watchdog responsible for auditing all county expenditures and ensuring accountability of public funds in Lancaster County.
• Lancaster County Department of Public Safety

  Oversees emergency management, 9-1-1 communications, and public safety training for Lancaster County. Provides leadership and support to reduce loss of life and property through an all-hazards emergency management program.
• Lancaster County District Attorney's Office

  Prosecutes criminal cases in Lancaster County on behalf of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
