Glassport Borough's office in the Glassport Borough Building, 12 Monongahela Ave, Glassport, PA 15045. Building permit, occupancy inspection and dye test forms and payments are mailed or delivered to the Borough; the Borough's building inspector is CEA (Code Enforcement Agency), Jefferson Hills, PA, which will not process forms sent directly to it.
