Description

The Code Enforcement Office reviews applications, issues permits, and inspects properties for compliance with the City's building codes and ordinance. Residential rental and purchase inspections are by appointment, 9:00am-3:00pm. Commercial building inspections are conducted by Building Inspections Underwriting, Inc. (BIU) as the City's third-party vendor.
