Description
Planning & Zoning works with the City Administrator on community development projects, keeps development in line with the Comprehensive Plan, and coordinates requests for variances, plats and other zoning items. Building & Inspections enforces construction laws and ordinances, examines construction plans, issues or denies permits, and issues Contractor Licenses. Applications are filed through the CitizenServe web portal. Code Enforcement takes complaints online.
