• Building and Development (Code Compliance/Community Development) Planning

  Handles code compliance and building permits. The City's Code Compliance emphasizes compliance over enforcement and seeks first to educate residents about Saint Hedwig codes. A permit is required prior to any excavation, construction, remodel or repair.

• City Manager Administration

  The City Manager is appointed by the City Council as the Chief Administrative and Executive Officer of the City, directs and supervises the administration of all departments, prepares and recommends the annual budget and capital program, and serves as the Human Resource Director. The page also hosts the city's budgets, property tax information and audit financial reports.

• City Secretary Clerk

  The City Secretary is a statutory position required by State Law, serves as Custodian of the City Corporate Seal and attests the Mayor's signature on all official documents. Open records requests are handled by the City Secretary.

• Saint Hedwig Marshal's Office Police

  City Marshal's office located at 13065 FM 1346, Saint Hedwig. The City Council appoints the City Marshal. For emergencies dial 911.

• Saint Hedwig Municipal Court Courts

  Court is held the third Wednesday of each month at 1:00 pm unless otherwise noted; pre-trials, show cause and pre-warrant hearings are held at 2:00 pm on the third Wednesday. Accepts cash, check, money orders, cashier's checks and credit/debit cards, in person, online or by mail.
