• City Attorney's Office

  Maintains official city records and finances for the City of Russellville. The City Clerk-Treasurer is a separately elected official (Gina Skelton).
• Finance Department Finance

  Manages the City of Russellville's budget and finances. Finance Director: Brittany Baker.
• Mayor's Office

  Executive office of the City of Russellville, Arkansas. The Mayor is head of city government, implements Council policy, and manages city operations under the Mayor/Council form of government. City Hall is at 203 S. Commerce Ave.
