• Administration Administration

  Village of Johnson Creek Administration, led by the Village Administrator, who serves as chief executive officer responsible for leading, planning, organizing and directing the Village's daily operations and ensuring the goals and policies adopted by the Village Board are implemented. The Administrator also serves as Zoning Administrator, Public Information Officer and TIF Commissioner. Village Hall, 125 Depot Street, P.O. • Assessor Assessment

  The Village of Johnson Creek has contracted with Associated Appraisal Consultants, Inc. (W6237 Neubert Road, Appleton, WI 54913) to assess real estate and personal property for all taxable properties within the Village.

• Building Inspector Planning

  The Building Inspector approves all permits including electrical, building, occupancy, plumbing, heating and erosion control, and is responsible for issuance of code violations and all inspections. Office at Village Hall, 125 Depot Street; office hours Monday and Wednesday 1pm - 2:30pm.

• Clerk/Treasurer Clerk

  The Clerk/Treasurer's office, located inside Village Hall, is the legal custodian of official records and is responsible for election administration, licenses and permits, legal notifications and preparation of official minutes and agendas. It is also responsible for accounting and financial reporting for all Village departments, and for collecting and investing Village funds and taxes. • Fire - EMS Department Fire

  The Johnson Creek Fire & EMS Department provides Fire and ALS EMS services to the Village of Johnson Creek and the townships of Aztalan, Farmington, Watertown and Milford. It is staffed by nearly 40 part-time employees and three full-time staff, and staffs fire equipment and an Advanced Life Support ambulance 24/7. • Parks & Recreation Parks & Recreation

  The Village's park and open space system consists of 37 total acres of parkland and special use areas, including Bell Park, Centennial Park, Crossroads Landing Park, Veterans Park and Firemans Park, plus the Johnson Creek Community Center at 417 Union Street. • Police Department Police

  Johnson Creek Police Department is led by the Chief of Police; department functions are protection of life and property and preservation of peace and good order in the Village. Staff includes the part-time chief, part-time sergeant, three full-time officers, eight part-time officers and an administrative assistant. • Public Works Public Works

  The Public Works Department repairs and maintains machinery and equipment, oversees garage operations, plows and maintains approximately 22 miles of streets, and maintains all Village parks. • Water & Sewer Utility Utilities

  Johnson Creek Water Utility. A combined bill for water and sewer charges is mailed on the 10th of each month and is due on the first of each month; a 3% late payment charge is added to bills not paid by the due date. Billing questions go to Village Hall at 920-699-2296 Ext 103.
