Planning & Zoning liaison for development and redevelopment; accepts applications for annexations, zone changes, special use permits, special exceptions and variances; prepares public hearing notices for the Planning & Zoning Commission; accepts permit applications, issues building permits and schedules inspections. Building permits are required per Ordinance 2016-01-21B. Permit questions go to the City Secretary / Community Development Coordinator at 903-834-3171.
