The Codes Department checks that the Zoning and Building Codes of the Village's residential and commercial zones are followed, through routine drive-bys and inspections. Building permit applications must be filed with the Codes Enforcement Officer before construction such as additions, sheds, pools, detached garages or demolitions. Hours by appointment.
